Belt Conveyor Weigher - SM 2618
      We manufacture a wide range of Electronic Belt Conveyor Weighers (Belt
      Scale) and Weigh Feeders that are used to measure the flow rate of Bulky
      materials transported on a belt conveyor. This flow rate is received as a
      product of Belt Load & Belt Speed and integrated over time to derive the
      Total material delivered over the Conveyer.

        This integration is available in the form of impulses that are added up
        in a totalizing counter for read out.
        The Flow Rate is indicated on a 6 digit Bright Red LED Display.
        The weigh bridge {weigh frame) is a simple frame type structure which
        can very easily be incorporated into any existing conveyor.
        The weigh Frame is pivoted with fully sealed bearings.
        A single idler on one side of the frame takes the belt load the other
        side of the frame has an adjustable counter balancing weight that acts
        as a mechanical tare to offset the dead load of the Weigh Frame components
        & idler. This allows for a full range of measurement,increasing the sensitivity of the system.
        The loadcell is of precision strain-gauge type designed to utilize the
        full material load.
        The Speed Sensor is a high Resolution digital tachometer device that is
        fitted onto a wheel. The wheel rests on the belt and is driven by it -
        while in motion.
        The dc millivolts from loadcell and the pulse output from tacho are fed
        to the electronics for evaluation of flow rate & totalizer pulses.
        The Electronics multiplier unit is housed in a compact, modular 19" rack
        unit for determination of delivery rate & delivered quantity.
        All display & control elements are built into, the front panel Of the
        instrument, facilitating quick and easy functional checks, zero
        correction & span checks at anytime.
