The SUMEDHA SM - 2027 is a compact Weight Batch Controller (WBC) suitable for Multimaterial batching operations.

This along with the SUMEDHA SM-0411 Batching Panel can perform any type of complicated weighing & batching operation normally required for raw material handling & processing.

The SM-2027 is a fully field-programmable controller designed to perform precise & accurate batching of materials in continuous "Auto Cycles" or "Semi Auto Cycles". The controller can be configured for : "Feeding" or for "Extraction" applications. 

The WBC : SM - 2027 is fully self-sufficient and provides Relay outputs corrected to Inflight margins or with extra Fine Feed Outputs for accurately controlling the batch weight. All Logics & Interiocks are pre-programmed into the controller which minimises the external hardwired relay circuitry. Weight margins for empty Hopper conditions can also be programmed into the Controller.

The SM-2027 controller is constructed to provide a rugged fail-safe operation in harsh industrial environment. This is housed in a metal cabinet with an internal aluminium module which is fully modular, all PCBs are 'plug-in' type which plugs into a mother board.

SM-0411 BATCHING PANEL

Works in two modes 'Stand-Alone' & 'PC-Interface' modes.

In 'Stand -Alone' mode the WBC performs all logical operations independently including the Recipe and other settings which can be directly entered into it.

In PC mode, the WBC is hooked on to a PC through a RS-485 line.

Full computer interface is provided which can be used to design a system with unlimited recipe selection and a wide data base for batch weights extending to days, weeks and months.

Fully PLC based with field programmable terminals.
